Cooperation
cooperative |kōˈäp(ə)rətiv|
adjective
involving mutual assistance in working toward a common goal:
Did you know that in order to “Bring Good Food & Community Together” that for every delivery we need up to 10 people to help with unpacking and sorting the deliveries when they come in, and 2-3 people on the “registers” to help people “check out” on delivery days?
Did you know that members who sign up to volunteer at least 3-4 hours of their time helping out with our deliveries will get a discount on their orders delivered that day? Not a member yet but want to check it out? Volunteering is a GREAT way to see what the co-op is all about!
Also, if you have any skills/talents, are interested in being on the Board, a committee, or would be willing to help out in other ways… please let us know!
We can’t do what we do without member support, input, and involvement, but with your energy and input the Co-op’s future is well assured. After all, as a “member-owner”… it is YOUR Co-op!
